The F&B Store Manager will play a crucial role in planning and executing brand strategies while upholding our core values. This position involves overseeing daily operations across kitchen, restaurant, and retail environments, ensuring excellent customer service and operational standards.
Duties:
- Brand Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of brand strategy, establishing short, medium, and long-term goals, plans, and policies for business growth.
- Service Standards Implementation: Ensure effective implementation of service standards and operational procedures in line with brand guidelines to provide an outstanding service experience.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze brand performance by reviewing sales figures, profit and loss statements, margins, and costs, and forecast future sales volumes while proposing action plans to maximize sales and improve performance.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate team members, ensuring the department has a skilled workforce that is motivated and capable of maximizing their potential.
- Store Displays Management: Manage store displays in accordance with brand image and plan the layout of stock rooms to facilitate stock control and sales inventory.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about business and economic trends, utilizing efficient market intelligence for strategic decision-making.
- Promotions and Events Management: Oversee brand activities, including promotions and special events, aligned with the brand marketing calendar.
- Food Safety Compliance: Ensure that food safety standards are met and local laws, health, and safety regulations are duly implemented.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management.
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in F&B operations, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Italian and Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications.
