A reputed logistics company in Mirqab, Kuwait City, is looking to hire a full-time Admin cum Sales professional. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support while also contributing to the company’s sales efforts. This role requires someone who can manage office tasks efficiently while also engaging with clients and helping to drive business growth.

Duties:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing files, handling communications, and organizing meetings.
  • Support the sales team by coordinating client inquiries and managing customer accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and administrative activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for meetings.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients through calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in both administrative and sales roles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).
