2. Responsibilities
As a Car Driver or Bike Rider, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivery Tasks: Safely transport food and other items to customers in a timely manner.
- Vehicle Maintenance: For car drivers, ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, reporting any issues for repairs.
- Route Navigation: Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries while complying with traffic regulations.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Equipment Use: Utilize company-provided mobile devices for communication and delivery tracking.
3. Qualifications
To qualify for these positions, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience as a driver or rider is preferred but not mandatory.
- License: Must have a valid Kuwaiti driver’s license.
- Visa Status: Must possess a transferable Visa No. 18.
- Availability: Willingness to work full-time, including a 12-hour duty with 2 hours off per day.
- Location: Must be residing within Kuwait.
