We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee the finishing works of an office building project in Ardiya Stores Area, Kuwait. The selected candidate will coordinate with MEP works to ensure project completion as per local standards and requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise all finishing works in an office building project.
• Ensure coordination with MEP works for seamless project execution.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Interpret and implement project specifications, drawings, and local regulations.
• Plan and manage resources, materials, and labor for finishing works.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any technical issues.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in Kuwait.
• In-depth knowledge of finishing works and local construction regulations.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with MEP and other departments efficiently.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).
