Job Responsibilities
- Develop detailed plumbing and fire fighting system drawings for commercial and residential projects.
- Prepare accurate layouts, schematics, and blueprints using AutoCAD and other design software.
- Ensure designs comply with local codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to optimize designs.
- Modify existing drawings as per project requirements and site conditions.
- Conduct material take-offs and quantity estimations for procurement.
- Assist in preparing project documentation and technical reports.
- Identify and resolve design conflicts or technical issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Draftsman in plumbing and fire fighting systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, piping layouts, and fire safety regulations.
- Familiarity with Kuwait building codes and international plumbing & fire safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
