Job Introduction

A reputed medical company in Kuwait is looking for a skilled IT Technician from India to handle CCTV maintenance and system-related tasks. The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations for the company.

🔹 Note: This position is strictly for candidates outside Kuwait. Applicants within Kuwait will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair CCTV cameras and security systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Perform system upgrades, data backups, and security checks.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related concerns.
• Ensure efficient operation of computer networks and company systems.
• Maintain documentation and reports of system performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support or technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV installation, troubleshooting, and networking.
• Experience with Windows OS, hardware repairs, and software maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
