A leading travel agency in Kuwait is looking for experienced professionals to join its team. We have multiple vacancies for Ticketing Staff (Retail & Corporate) and Sales & Marketing Staff. All candidates must have at least one year of experience working in a travel agency in Kuwait.

Available Positions & Responsibilities
1. Ticketing Staff (Retail Offices & Corporate Office)
- Handle flight bookings, cancellations, and modifications for customers.
- Assist clients in finding the best travel options based on their needs.
- Ensure accurate issuance of tickets and adherence to airline policies.
- Provide customer support and resolve booking issues.
- Work with travel software and GDS systems for ticketing operations.
2. Sales and Marketing Staff
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients.
- Promote travel packages, deals, and offers to corporate and retail customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and travel partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of Kuwait experience in a travel agency is required.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of ticketing systems (GDS – Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
- Sales & marketing skills for travel packages and services.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in travel, tourism, or business administration are preferred.
