Job Introduction
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset Coordinator to manage procurement, inventory, and asset tracking within our organization. The candidate must have a Degree or Diploma in Warehouse & Procurement Management and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of asset procurement and management, optimizing supply chain efficiency, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Oversee asset procurement, tracking, and management to ensure optimal utilization.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments for procurement needs.
- Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Monitor asset lifecycles, including acquisitions, usage, and disposal.
- Ensure timely delivery of assets and materials while managing procurement logistics.
- Analyze procurement data to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective supply chain management.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Warehouse & Procurement Management (mandatory).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement, asset management, or supply chain roles.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and procurement best practices.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (preferred).
