Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process online food orders using Talabat, Cari, Deliveroo, or Jahez platforms.
- Handle cash and card payments, ensuring accurate billing and order processing.
- Assist with customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Maintain basic restaurant operations, including order coordination and workflow management.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and surrounding areas.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and delivery staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food delivery service is preferred.
- Knowledge of food delivery platforms (Talabat, Cari, Deliveroo, Jahez).
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations and customer handling.
- Language proficiency: English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Must hold a transferable Visa 18.
