Job Introduction

A well-established company in Kuwait is looking for a PC Operator / Call Center Agent to join their team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide technical support, and manage emergency hotline services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate hotline, emergency lines, and help desk systems.
  • Use portable radios and other communication tools efficiently.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and service records.
  • Communicate effectively in Arabic and English with customers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Support various company services as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Secondary School Certificate + 1 year of computer training.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in a call center/help desk environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to handle emergency situations and assist customers.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with call center software.
