Job Introduction
A well-established company in Kuwait is looking for a PC Operator / Call Center Agent to join their team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide technical support, and manage emergency hotline services.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate hotline, emergency lines, and help desk systems.
- Use portable radios and other communication tools efficiently.
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers.
- Maintain accurate call logs and service records.
- Communicate effectively in Arabic and English with customers.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Support various company services as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Secondary School Certificate + 1 year of computer training.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in a call center/help desk environment.
- Fluency in Arabic & English (spoken and written).
- Ability to handle emergency situations and assist customers.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with call center software.
