Job Introduction
A reputable catering company in Aswaq Al Qurain, Ardhiya is urgently hiring Pastry Chefs and Kitchen Assistants (Pastry). We are looking for experienced professionals with a passion for baking and dessert preparation. Candidates must have at least 2+ years of experience in pastry and dessert making, with knowledge of diet concept desserts being an added advantage. Only Visa 18 Ahli holders currently in Kuwait and available for immediate joining should apply.
Responsibilities
Pastry Chef
- Prepare a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
- Develop and test new recipes, including diet-friendly options.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all products.
- Manage ingredient inventory and oversee kitchen operations.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the pastry kitchen.
Kitchen Assistant (Pastry)
- Assist the Pastry Chef in preparing desserts and baked goods.
- Measure and mix ingredients as per recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Support in packaging and decorating desserts.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of pastry and dessert preparation.
- Experience in diet-friendly desserts is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Must hold a Visa 18 Ahli (Transferable).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
