Responsibilities
For Physiotherapists:
- Provide rehabilitation services to patients at home.
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress.
- Use manual therapy techniques, exercises, and equipment for treatment.
For Nurses Supervisor:
- Oversee and manage a team of home care nurses.
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols and patient care standards.
- Train and supervise nursing staff.
- Handle patient concerns and staff scheduling.
For General & Assistant Nurses:
- Provide home care nursing services to patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as per doctor’s orders.
- Assist patients with daily activities and personal care.
- Maintain patient records and reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: Relevant experience in nursing, physiotherapy, or healthcare supervision.
- Certifications: Valid nursing or physiotherapy license.
- Skills: Strong patient care, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
- Nationality: Open to local and overseas applicants.
