Job Introduction
An Indian-Arabic restaurant located in Abu Halifa, Block 2, Kuwait, is urgently looking for an experienced Chapati & Porotta Maker. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in preparing traditional Indian and Arabic bread. Visa 18 transfer is available, and selected candidates will receive accommodation and meals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh chapatis and porottas as per restaurant standards.
- Ensure the quality, texture, and taste of the bread meet customer expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the food preparation area.
- Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and manage bulk orders efficiently.
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols as per restaurant guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Experience in making chapati and porotta in a restaurant or hotel.
- Ability to handle a 12-hour shift efficiently.
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Must be able to communicate in Malayalam or Hindi.
- Visa 18 transfer is mandatory.
