Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for construction projects.
- Evaluate tender documents, contracts, and construction costs.
- Monitor project budgets and provide cost control solutions.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and financial implications.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure cost efficiency.
- Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of materials and services.
- Ensure compliance with Kuwait construction laws and regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and contract management.
- Proficiency in construction laws and regulations in Kuwait.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
