Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Daily Operations: Manage printing, finishing, and packaging operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely production.
- Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality assurance measures to maintain high production standards.
- Team Leadership: Manage and train press operators, technicians, and production staff to optimize efficiency.
- Machine Maintenance: Oversee press equipment maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of raw materials (paper, ink, plates) and coordinate procurement.
- Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities, reduce waste, and improve overall profitability.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with safety and environmental regulations.
- Client Coordination: Work closely with clients to understand job specifications and ensure quality expectations are met.
- Staff Development: Provide ongoing training to enhance the skills of the production team.
Qualifications & Skills
