Job Introduction
A well-reputed civil construction company is looking to hire skilled workers for an ongoing civil project in Salmi and Mutlaa, Kuwait. We are hiring for multiple positions, including Civil Supervisor, Carpenter, Steel Fixer, and Plumber. The selected candidates will be responsible for working on building construction projects with a 10-hour work shift per day. Immediate joining is required.
Key Responsibilities
Civil Supervisor
- Supervise construction activities on-site.
- Ensure work is completed as per safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, laborers, and project managers.
- Maintain daily progress reports and resolve site issues.
Carpenter
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials.
- Construct and install frameworks, doors, and furniture.
- Follow blueprints and technical drawings.
Steel Fixer
- Cut, bend, and fix steel rods for reinforcement in concrete structures.
- Read engineering drawings and assemble steel structures.
- Work with construction teams to ensure structural stability.
Plumber
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems.
- Work on piping, drainage, and sanitary installations.
- Test water supply systems for leaks and efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Relevant experience in the respective trade (Carpentry, Plumbing, Steel Fixing, Civil Supervision).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (for supervisors and steel fixers).
- Physically fit and able to work in a construction environment.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and regulations.
- Immediate availability to join.
