A General Trading Company specializing in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Oil Field Accessories, located in Al Rai, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to oversee and manage daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in warehouse logistics and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Supervise and coordinate a team to achieve efficiency and productivity goals.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock organization and labeling.
- Conduct regular stock counts and audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Work closely with warehouse supervisors and other departments to optimize processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in warehouse or inventory management are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in warehouse operations, with leadership experience preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Ability to perform inventory control procedures.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
