Job Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist / Immigration Consultant to join our team in Kuwait City. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, enjoy meeting new people, and have the ability to work under pressure while achieving targets. This role is open exclusively to Nepali and Bangladeshi nationals who have strong interpersonal and sales skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients and provide them with immigration consultancy services.
- Promote and sell company services related to immigration, visas, and overseas job placements.
- Meet monthly sales targets and ensure high conversion rates.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa requirements, immigration policies, and country-specific regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain client records, applications, and necessary documentation.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and persuasion skills.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, immigration consultancy, or customer service is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Hindi/Bengali/Nepali is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
