Job Introduction
The International Group of Aamina is looking for a skilled and experienced Chef specializing in Afghan cuisine to join our team in Sabah Al-Salem, Kuwait. This is a full-time position, and we are seeking immediate joiners with a passion for cooking authentic Afghan dishes.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook traditional Afghan dishes with high quality and consistency.
- Develop menus and ensure a variety of Afghan cuisine offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Manage food inventory and coordinate with suppliers for fresh ingredients.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff as needed.
- Follow health and safety regulations according to Kuwait labor law.
Qualifications
- Nationality: Asian candidates preferred.
- 3-4 years of experience in Afghan cuisine.
- Must have hands-on experience preparing authentic Afghan dishes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Must hold a valid transferable Visa 18 (Normal Only).
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
