Job Introduction
A reputed company in Kuwait City is looking for a Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Kuwait. The ideal candidate must have experience handling construction projects and fit-out jobs. A valid Kuwait driving license is required for this position.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise construction projects and fit-out works, ensuring timely completion.
- Oversee on-site operations and coordinate with contractors and workers.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards.
- Prepare daily reports and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Kuwait’s building codes and regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and architects for smooth project execution.
- Identify and resolve any technical or operational issues on-site.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Kuwait in construction or fit-out projects.
- Valid Kuwait driving license is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of construction management and site supervision.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, project scheduling, and site safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
