Job Introduction
A reputed IT company in Farwaniya, Kuwait, is urgently hiring an experienced Printer Technician. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in printer troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair. Candidates must hold a Visa 18 (transferable) and be available for immediate hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in various printer models.
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of printers.
- Install and configure printers, scanners, and multifunction devices.
- Troubleshoot network printing issues and ensure smooth connectivity.
- Replace faulty printer parts such as fusers, rollers, and cartridges.
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers.
- Maintain inventory of printer spare parts and accessories.
- Work with IT teams to integrate printers with systems.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2-3 years of experience as a Printer Technician.
- Knowledge of various printer brands (HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Ricoh, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with network printing setups and configurations.
- Ability to install, repair, and maintain different types of printers.
- Visa 18 (transferable) is a must.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
