Positions Available & Responsibilities
Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) – 380 KD
- Assist the head chef in food preparation and cooking.
- Supervise junior kitchen staff and ensure quality control.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Create and present dishes according to restaurant standards.
Commis I – 320 KD
- Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking as per the chef’s instructions.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
- Maintain cleanliness in the workstation and follow kitchen protocols.
Commis III – 250 KD
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Perform basic kitchen tasks such as chopping, peeling, and measuring ingredients.
- Follow food hygiene and safety standards strictly.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Must be locally available in Kuwait with a transferable visa.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
