Job Introduction

A well-established company in Kuwait City is urgently hiring a Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in accounting or finance and possess strong skills in financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping and accounting operations.
• Record and maintain financial transactions accurately.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable management.
• Ensure payroll processing and tax compliance.
• Conduct financial analysis and internal audits.
• Implement internal controls and compliance measures.
• Continuously improve accounting processes for efficiency.
• Assist in financial decision-making by providing accurate insights.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in accounting or finance (preferred).
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the IT industry (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work in an office-based or remote setup as required.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak financial periods.
