Licensed Staff Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Kuwait. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supporting physicians during medical procedures, and ensuring the overall comfort and well-being of patients. This role is essential in maintaining patient safety and delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Duties:

• Nursing Care:
  • Provide professional nursing care in accordance with healthcare regulations, standards, and protocols.
  • Perform patient assessments and create care plans to meet individual healthcare needs.
• Medication Administration:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosage and adherence to medical guidelines.
• Patient Monitoring:
  • Monitor patient progress, track vital signs, and report any significant changes to the medical team.
  • Document patient care accurately in medical records and provide updates during shift handovers.
• Assistance in Procedures:
  • Assist physicians during medical procedures, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and proper care throughout the process.
• Patient Education:
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatments, and post-care instructions.
• Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

Requirements:

• Valid Nursing License issued by the Kuwait Ministry of Health.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a staff nurse, preferably in Kuwait or the GCC.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and medical teams.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying medical situations.
