Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal controls.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance of the company.
- Work with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies for financial reporting.
- Implement and manage accounting software (e.g., Odoo).
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✔ Minimum 8+ years of experience in accounting & financial management.
✔ Strong knowledge of financial regulations, budgeting, and tax laws.
✔ Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Odoo, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and handle multiple financial operations.
