PlayStation Technician

We are seeking an experienced PlayStation Technician to join our reputable repair shop located in Hawally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and repairing gaming consoles, specifically PlayStation devices. This role requires technical expertise and a passion for gaming, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality repairs.

Duties:

• Diagnosis and Repair:
  • Accurately diagnose issues with PlayStation consoles, including hardware and software problems.
  • Perform repairs on various models of PlayStation systems, ensuring all repairs are completed to a high standard.
• Customer Service:
  • Interact with customers to understand their issues and provide clear explanations of the repair process and costs.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintenance:
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks and servicing of consoles to prevent future issues.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest PlayStation models and repair techniques.

Requirements:
