Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate delivery operations to ensure efficiency.
- Manage a team of delivery drivers and assign routes.
- Ensure on-time deliveries and maintain service quality.
- Handle customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and driver performance.
- Coordinate with Talabat to meet delivery requirements and standards.
- Train and mentor new delivery staff for optimal performance.
Qualifications & Skills
✔ Previous experience in delivery operations or logistics supervision.
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✔ Knowledge of delivery applications and tracking systems.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges.
✔ Must have a valid transferable visa (Article 18 – Small Project Visa holders can apply).
✔ Indian candidates are preferred.
