The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, marketing, and business development, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems. This role offers a basic salary + commission.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote HVAC installation and maintenance services.
• Identify and connect with potential clients, businesses, and homeowners.
• Explain the benefits of HVAC systems and maintenance plans to customers.
• Generate leads and follow up on inquiries.
• Collaborate with the technical team to provide customized solutions.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Use online and offline marketing channels to boost sales.
• Meet sales targets and provide regular reports on performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in HVAC or a related industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and services is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage sales leads.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
