Job Responsibilities
Ticketing Agent
- Assist customers in booking, modifying, and canceling flight tickets.
- Ensure accurate pricing, ticket issuance, and refunds.
- Provide guidance on travel regulations, visa requirements, and airline policies.
Sales Executive
- Promote and sell travel packages, airline tickets, and holiday deals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Tour Operator
- Plan and organize customized travel itineraries.
- Coordinate hotel bookings, local transport, and sightseeing tours.
- Ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for clients.
Job Requirements
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
✅ Strong knowledge of airline ticketing systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
✅ Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
