Job Responsibilities

- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Ensure timely preparation and fast service for customer orders.
- Follow traditional South Indian cooking techniques.
- Work in coordination with chefs and kitchen staff for smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in making chapati and parotta.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of proper dough kneading, rolling, and cooking techniques.
- Strong hygiene and cleanliness standards.
