Key Responsibilities
As part of our dynamic team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Sous Chef: Overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring the preparation and presentation of high-quality food, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
- Griller Chef: Specializing in grilling techniques, preparing and cooking various meats and vegetables, ensuring perfect flavor and quality in every dish.
- Commi-1 & Commi-2: Assisting chefs in food preparation, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all ingredients are ready for cooking, and helping with plating and serving.
- Butchery Chef: Handling the preparation of meat, ensuring proper storage, butchery techniques, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in the butchery area.
- Pastry Chef: Preparing desserts, baked goods, and other pastries with creativity and precision, ensuring all ingredients are handled according to food safety standards.
- Cleaner: Keeping the kitchen and restaurant areas clean and sanitized, managing waste disposal, and maintaining a hygienic environment for staff and customers.
- Driver: Transporting ingredients, supplies, and staff to various locations while ensuring timely deliveries and safe driving practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Nationality: Open to all nationalities.
- Gender: Open to all genders, with preference for male applicants in some positions (Sous Chef, Griller Chef, and Commi positions).
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in the restaurant or food service industry.
- Visa: Valid Residency Visa – Article 18 (Small Project or Ahli).

- Duty Hours: 9 hours daily.
