Duties

• Develop and nurture client relationships by offering customized logistics and freight forwarding solutions.
• Oversee and coordinate the transportation of goods via air, sea, and land, ensuring smooth operations.
• Prepare detailed proposals and quotations, and engage in contract negotiations with clients.
• Ensure effective communication between operations, sales, and customer service teams to provide seamless service.
• Provide clients with regular updates on shipment statuses, delivery timelines, and any potential issues.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with customs clearance procedures and transportation processes.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
