We are currently seeking a talented Videographer and Animator Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our creative projects.

Job Briefing:
The Videographer and Animator Specialist will be responsible for the entire video production process, from concept development to post-production. This role requires a creative individual with a strong background in videography and animation, capable of delivering engaging content across various platforms.

Duties:

Video Production:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging.
  • Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots.
  • Ensure timely delivery of video projects.

Animation:

  • Create engaging 2D and 3D animations for video content or standalone projects.
  • Develop motion graphics, text animations, and other visual elements to enhance content quality.
  • Work on animation projects from concept to execution, including storyboarding and character design.

Post-Production:

  • Perform editing, color correction, sound design, and add special effects.
  • Ensure all animations and videos meet technical and creative brand standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments for feedback and ensure project goals and timelines are met.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Creative Director to align on project visions.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and social media teams to maintain a cohesive visual identity.
  • Assist in brainstorming and ideation for creative content strategies.

Equipment Management:

  • Maintain video and audio equipment, ensuring all tools are in proper working order.
  • Stay updated on the latest video production and animation software and hardware.

Content Optimization:

  • Ensure video content is optimized for various platforms (social media, web, etc.).
  • Keep informed on current trends in video and animation to create engaging content.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a videographer and animator, preferably in a creative or marketing team.
  • Expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
  • Proficiency in animation software (Adobe After Effects, Blender, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of 2D and 3D animation techniques.
  • Understanding of lighting, composition, and camera techniques.
  • Creativity and a strong eye for detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in video production and animation.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous work in videography and animation is required.
