We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead and execute our marketing strategy. This pivotal role will involve hands-on participation in developing and delivering comprehensive marketing initiatives that align with our company’s growth objectives. You will collaborate closely with the sales organization, product team, and leadership to elevate the Wenrix brand within the travel technology industry.

Duties:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Craft a robust marketing strategy based on thorough market and competitive analysis to position Wenrix effectively within the travel technology sector.
  • Brand Visibility: Increase brand awareness and market penetration through targeted campaigns and initiatives.
  • Product Launch Strategies: Drive the execution of product launch strategies by collaborating with product, sales, and other stakeholders to create effective go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning.
  • Content Creation: Elevate the Wenrix brand through the development of compelling content, thought leadership pieces, and consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Marketing Materials: Build and create comprehensive marketing and sales materials, ensuring brand consistency across social media, newsletters, sales decks, website, and events.
  • Performance Analysis: Demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives through continuous analysis and improvement of key metrics across the entire marketing funnel.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to leverage the value of Wenrix products and intellectual property, driving the overall marketing strategy and brand awareness.
  • Public Relations Management: Oversee public relations efforts to align marketing and PR initiatives.
  • Customer Feedback: Actively seek and utilize customer feedback to drive improvements in overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10+ years in a broad/global marketing role with a proven track record of developing and delivering comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration Skills: Highly resourceful with strong collaboration and communication skills, thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Account-Based Marketing: Experience with account-based, executive audience, and partner marketing at a global level.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge and experience in the travel industry and B2B marketing are distinct advantages.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and communication skills in English, including the ability to create engaging content across various channels.
