As a Gerente at Grand Hyatt Kuwait City, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards across all departments. You will work closely with the management team to implement strategies that enhance the overall guest experience and drive the hotel’s success.

Duties:

• Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality service delivery across all departments.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of employees, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth.
• Guest Relations: Ensure a seamless and memorable experience for guests by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and responding to feedback effectively.
• Financial Management: Assist in budgeting and financial planning, monitoring expenses, and optimizing revenue generation strategies.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold quality control measures to maintain the hotel’s high standards for service and cleanliness.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and improve hotel performance.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a related field, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and staff effectively.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and implement effective cost control measures.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
