Job Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team in Ardhiya, Kuwait. If you have a passion for numbers, attention to detail, and strong English proficiency, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate should have experience in the hypermarket industry and a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and auditing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process business transactions, invoices, and financial data for maintaining accounts payable & receivable.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial documents for incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring compliance with auditing standards.
- Assemble and review invoices for payment processing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and statement reconciliations for vendors and customers.
- Maintain financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations and best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience as an Accountant in a hypermarket or similar industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (advanced certifications are a plus).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and auditing standards.
- Communication Skills: Fluency in English (both written and verbal) to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Abilities.
