Job Responsibilities
Welding Inspector
- Perform welding inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Review welding procedures and verify welder qualifications.
- Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) and interpret results.
- Generate inspection reports and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on-site.
Multi-Discipline Inspector
- Perform inspections across multiple disciplines, including welding, painting, and coating.
- Conduct audits and quality checks on materials, processes, and workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API, BGAS, NACE).
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of inspection findings.
- Coordinate with project teams and clients to address quality concerns.
Qualifications & Requirements
Welding Inspector
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering.
- Certification: CSWIP 3.1 & ASNT Level-2.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in welding inspection (preferably in the oil and gas industry).
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, procedures, and standards.
Multi-Discipline Inspector
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering.
- Certification: CSWIP 3.1, ASNT Level-2, and BGAS or NACE certification.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in multi-discipline inspection (preferably in oil and gas projects).
- Familiarity with international codes and standards such as ASME, API, and AWS.
Note: Candidates must be available in Kuwait and ready to join immediately.
