We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Secretary to join our team in Kuwait City. The successful candidate will support office operations and perform clerical duties to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties:

  • Manage and organize office documentation and files.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and other business correspondence.
  • Maintain inventory and order office supplies when necessary.
  • Assist in event coordination and team support tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of secretarial or administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
