Architect

Key Responsibilities

As an Architect, your primary duties will include:

1. Architectural Design: Develop innovative and functional designs that meet client needs and comply with local regulations.
2. Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
3. Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural working drawings and specifications with minimal supervision.
4. Project Management: Oversee project phases from conceptualization to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
5. Software Proficiency: Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software, rendering tools, and image editing software to create and present designs.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.S. Architecture).
2. Professional Accreditation: Must be professionally qualified or accredited as an Architect in your home country.
3. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Kuwait, specifically with a focus on architectural design and execution in a contracting company.
4. Technical Skills: Proficient in drafting, rendering, and image editing software.
5. Independent Work: Ability to fabricate architectural drawings and details independently.
6. Visa Requirement: Must have an 18 Transferable Visa.
