The Liberal Arts Department (LAD) at AUM aims to prepare students for the challenges of an evolving global community. AUM is currently recruiting full-time faculty members for Assistant Professor or Associate Professor positions in Fine Arts / Photography, set to begin in the Fall Semester of 2024.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Background: A Ph.D. in Fine Arts, Photography, or a closely related field from an internationally accredited university.
• Teaching and Research Excellence: Proven track record of excellence in teaching and research, with publications in indexed journals.

  • Engaging in teaching activities relevant to their specialization and other courses aligned with their educational or professional background.

Job Description:
Successful candidates will be engaged in teaching, research, and professional development activities. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing course materials such as syllabi, presentations, and assignments in collaboration with fellow faculty members.
• Delivering student-centered lectures utilizing available learning management systems (Moodle and Banner).
• Administering and grading both formative and summative assessments while providing constructive feedback.
• Maintaining regular office hours for student consultations and participating in faculty meetings.
• Conducting research and publishing findings in accordance with institutional policies.
