A restaurant in Kuwait City is urgently seeking a bike delivery person to join their delivery team. This is a full-time position for individuals currently residing in Kuwait who hold a valid driving license. The role requires commitment to working 12-hour shifts and involves delivering food orders efficiently and promptly.
Duties:
- Deliver food orders from the restaurant to customers’ locations in a timely manner.
- Ensure that orders are complete and delivered in good condition.
- Maintain the delivery bike in good working order and report any maintenance issues.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Follow traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe delivery operations.
Requirements:
- Must reside in Kuwait and possess a valid Kuwaiti driving license.
- Previous experience in food delivery or driving is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of local routes and areas within Kuwait City.
- Ability to work long hours (12-hour shifts).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
