We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and establish strategic partnerships within the healthcare sector.
Job Briefing:
The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and implementing strategic plans to enhance the centerβs reach and effectiveness in the medical training field. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the healthcare training landscape.
Duties:
- Identify New Business Opportunities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and partners.
- Develop strategies to attract new business and expand the center’s reach.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, educational institutions, and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement business development plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Proposal and Presentation:
- Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:
