Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls professionally and provide excellent service.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about healthcare services and products.
- Maintain customer records, reports, and service logs.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all callers.
Qualifications & Experience
✔ 1-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
✔ Excellent communication skills with fluency in the Kuwaiti dialect.
✔ Females only (Arabs and non-Kuwaitis are welcome to apply).
✔ Visa Type: 18 (Ahli) required for other Arab candidates.
✔ Immediate joining is required.
