We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our team in Ardiyah, Kuwait. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries related to products, pricing, and availability. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions effectively.
Duties:
- Provide expert answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
- Identify and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Respond quickly and accurately to a large volume of customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.
- Log and document customer issues and resolutions in the customer database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years in a call center or customer service role.
- Nationality: Arab preferred.
- Qualification: Graduation or Diploma.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
