A leading catering and event management company in Kuwait City is looking for a presentable Filipino lady to join our team as a Catering Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills to manage weddings, birthdays, graduations, and other special events.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate weddings, birthdays, graduations, and special events.
• Schedule and manage event logistics to ensure smooth execution.
• Train staff on formal attire and beverage service standards.
• Prepare daily reports for the direct manager.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and client satisfaction.
• Maintain event budgets and track expenses.
• Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English for translation and coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, hospitality, or catering.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee event planning.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
