- Kerala Chef: Specializing in Meals, Biryani, and Chinese food.
- Supervisor: Bilingual in Singala and Tamil.

Positions Available
1. Kerala Chef
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, focusing on Kerala meals, Biryani, and Chinese cuisine.
- Ensure that all food is prepared according to restaurant standards and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, following health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage food inventory and minimize waste.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Kerala Chef in an Indian restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Kerala cuisine, Biryani, and Chinese food preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Creativity in food presentation and menu development.
2. Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
- Manage staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Communicate effectively with customers and staff, addressing any issues or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
