Key Responsibilities

Cleaning Lady:

• Ensure proper waste disposal and follow cleaning schedules.

Indian Cook:

• Prepare authentic Indian dishes as per restaurant standards.
• Ensure food is cooked and presented in a hygienic and timely manner.
• Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior experience in restaurant cleaning or as an Indian cook is preferred.
