CNC Machine Operators

Key Responsibilities

As a CNC Machine Operator, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Operating CNC Machines: Efficiently run CNC machines used in sheet metal processing, coil/heat exchanger manufacturing, and copper tube processing.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all operations meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines as required.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Experience: Proven experience operating any of the following CNC machines:
   • Sheet Metal Processing:
     • CNC Punching Machine
     • CNC Press Brake
     • CNC Power Press
   • Coil/Heat Exchanger Manufacturing:
     • CNC Finpress
     • CNC Mechanical Expander
     • Hairpin Bender
   • Copper Tube Processing:
     • CNC Tube Cutting Machine
     • CNC Tube Bending Machine
2. Education: Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in machine operation or engineering are preferred.
3. Communication Skills: Basic English proficiency to understand technical instructions.
