Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and plate cold dishes following restaurant quality standards.
- Ensure consistency and portion control in food preparation.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold section.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team for smooth operations.
- Assist in menu development and food presentation.
Qualifications & Experience
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in a cold kitchen section, preferably in diet food preparation.
✔ Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP guidelines.
✔ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
✔ Experience in plating, portion control, and quality assurance.
✔ Must have a transferable visa (18 Ahli or Small Project Visa).
✔ Should be ready to join immediately.
