Content Creator

As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality photographs and videos that meet client expectations and enhance their brand image. This role requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate with clients and team members to achieve desired outcomes.

Duties:

Visual Content Production:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photographs and videos for various projects, including social media, campaigns, events, and branding.
• Collaborate closely with clients and creative teams to understand their vision and ensure visual content aligns with their goals.

Equipment Management:

• Utilize a range of equipment, including digital cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio gear, to capture images and video footage.
• Maintain and organize all equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition.

Editing and Post-Production:

• Edit raw images and video footage to create finished products that are visually appealing and meet client expectations.
• Manage and edit existing visual assets as needed to ensure a consistent and high-quality output.

Trend Awareness:

• Stay current with new technologies and trends in photography and videography to enhance creativity and innovation in projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of all visual content, adhering to the highest quality standards.

Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with other team members, including writers, designers, and producers, to ensure a cohesive and effective final product.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Photography, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
• 3 to 4 years of proven experience in photography and videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.

Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro, along with similar software and tools.
• Experience with DSLR cameras and video production equipment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A creative eye for composition, lighting, and detail, with a strong storytelling ability through visual media.
• Experience with drones and aerial photography/videography is a plus.
• Dynamic personality with strong communication skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary: Between 600 – 750 KWD per month, commensurate with experience and skills.
